Civil Rights

The United States of America has an essential focus on our freedom, which is outlined and detailed within the Constitution of the United States. As such, many of our federal and individual state laws are very necessary to uphold our freedom, our civil rights, and our civil liberties. As your attorney, I maintain to uphold all of our Constitutional rights of the United States as written, to the letter of the law. Moreover, if any constitutional amendments are illegally enforced-I will aggressively seek justice for my clients. The following amendment is my primary focus on civil rights:

The 4th Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
